I’ve been struggling with some personal issues regarding my future lately and wondering what plan God has for me. I purchased When God Winks at You one day at lunch and read the story about Tim Conway and the glow in the dark cross that he wanted to win. I put the book away and continued with my work day in kind of a down mood. The down mood continued all the way home and the question still lingered on my mind of what God’s plan is for me. I really wanted to know. Don’t we all???

I came into work the next day and was up at the receptionist desk and there laid a cross. It was a clear plastic cross that you could light up and it was on a black cord. I just kind of looked at it and started walking to my desk with a friend of mine. I stopped and told my friend the story about what I read and then turned around and took her back to the desk and showed her the cross. Neither one of us said anything and just kept taking turns looking at the cross and each other. Wow!!! What an amazing feeling to know that He does have a plan for me. I immediately took my friend to the book sale my work is having for a fundraiser and bought her the book.
