The first occurred in 2004. I had seen the news show, Fox and Friends, and your book was being discussed. I bought the book.

On Feb. 11, 2004 I was flying from Chicago to Albuquerque. As we were descending, I was reading, and turned from page 72, to page 73. I was a bit amazed, as the dialogue was about going to Albuquerque!!
